We had a great stay in a spacious, air-conditioned room with comfy beds and enjoyed delicious food at the bar.

A comfortable experience in the center of Bern.

The staff was motivated and polite. the location was great, not too far from a high-profile cultural history museum. We enjoyed a great restaurant with a local menu. the service was excellent.

Nice renovated rooms, large modern bathroom, very friendly staff, great location, on the 4 floor very quiet.

The breakfast was freshly made and it was a fun stay during a week-long vacation.

The accommodation is superbly located and you can get around quickly on foot. The rooms on the 6th floor offer a view of the dome of the Bundeshaus and the mountains and the Gurten.

Pleasant accommodation, wonderful staff, a late check-out at 12:00. Exceptional unit with very comfortable beds. Exceptional service, parking nearby. Interesting interior, great restaurant. Unbeatable location to Star. Cafés and restaurants inside the hotel.

Excellent location! The hotel is very near the central station, old town and city centre. Its safe to walk around the area at night. You can have late night dinner is nearby nice restaurants. Hotel facilities are good - coffee/tea in the room, with AC, etc., expected in a 4-star hotel..but not extraordinary. Ah..nice welcome drinks!

Its a bit expensive. Though, Switzerland is very expensive country!! Supplies in the bathroom for a 4 star hotel is very basic. For example, there was no small lotion available in the room or even when I requested one in the reception.

Unbeatable and awesome position both to the train station as well as downtown.

This venue offers air-conditioned rooms with comfortable queen-size beds, ideally located near shopping, restaurants, the market, and the clock tower.

Superb location, center the city and five minutes walk from the rail station. Friendly staff, very helpful.

I guess Switzerland is just expensive anyway..........

The "scrambled eggs" at breakfast tasted like an industrial product from the Tetrapak.

Wonderful, fairly clean hotel with courteous staff and a downstairs bar. Got reasonably spacious room with coffee and English language channels and a balcony. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar. Favorable and brilliant location, close to the bus stop.

Location. Just 50 meters from de trein station.

Very expensive. 280 euros per night!!! Important to say Bern is a very expensive city to rent a room.

Fine British breakfast with the possibility to order fine egg dishes fresh! Delicious French omelettes!
